The PDF Form is fully supported by Adobe Acrobat Reader.
It is usable with recent versions of Mac OS Preview, which also seems to be used by Safari for rendering PDFs within browser windows. It is not rendered correctly by Preview in Mac OS Tiger.
The simple PDF is an alternative for persons wishing to apply for Associate membership, if difficulty is experienced with rendering of the PDF Form.
The completed form, together with payment, should be posted to the Treasurer at the address shown on the "Contact Us" page. When posting the application form, please include a notification that you will be paying by direct deposit, if that is your intention.
Cheques or Money Orders should be made payable to

or simply to "TAAMUG".
Payment may be made by electronic funds transfer or by direct deposit to the Group's Heritage Bank account:

When paying a membership renewal by EFT or direct deposit, please alert the Treasurer to the payment, by email message to treasurer@taamug.org.au, so that a receipt may be promptly sent.
